ENGINEERING

ENGINEERING AND PLANNING

Our constant commitment to continuous improvement has led us to create an engineering department that defines and establishes the type of equipment required for efficient transportation, defines procedures and kinematics in order to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Procedure:
Analysis of the part or parts to be transported or if it requires maneuvers, definition of equipment required (trailers, tractors, trolleys, pilots, cranes, guide) or even creation of special accessories designed to detail.

MACHINING

We also have a machining center of 1120 m2 of area, whose productive activities are: to make a piece a much better finish, where minimum tolerances are handled according to requirements, rectifications, grooves, holes, coincidences, interpolation, taps, roughing and finishing, making a precise and aesthetic work where they comply with the total quality.

We have numerical control machines such as: Okuma Captain L-470 CNC lathe, Toshiba BTD 200 or 4-axis boring machine, Okuma Howa, machining center with 8 tables, BRIDGEPORT XR 760 milling machine, Romi M420 semi-automatic lathe, conventional lathe, band saw, portable lathes, 10-ton traveling cranes, different measuring tools, among others.

WELDING

Our welding center has an area of 2,400 m2, where the main activities are: engineering, design and production of different projects for specialized transportation based on volume and weight of the load.

In addition to adaptations to our equipment to make transportation more effective and efficient, as well as repairs of our equipment (tractors, trailers, modular, cranes, platforms, extendable equipment, etc.).

We have 4 10-ton overhead cranes and 2 20-ton cranes.

A Mitsubishi laser machine, which cuts three types of material (carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum in thicknesses from cal. 22 to ¾” depending on the steel is controlled by a CNC control, with a bed of 5.5’x 11.5′.

A Mitsubishi WaterJet (water cutter), which cuts different materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nylamid, marble, wood, glass, among others) in thicknesses from ¼” to 6″ depending on the material is controlled by a CNC control, with a bed of 6’x 20′.
