Noreste is a combined cycle power plant built by Iberdrola with two turbines, a gas turbine and a steam turbine, which were transported by Mucino transports from the port of Altamira. 

Self-propelled hydraulic modular equipment was used, with Factor 5 load beams (500 ton capacity) and 3 tractor trucks. 

Located in El Carmen, Nuevo León, with a capacity of 866 MW and its production is destined to the private sector in Mexico.
